Lorette Fleurigand is responsible for the content of this website and for the operation of this webshop, at the address given above.
We design and make ceramic objects by hand in the Netherlands and sell them directly to customers through this webshop. Every piece is a one-off.
We make use of the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, article 25 of the Wet op de omzetbelasting 1968). For this reason we do not charge VAT and no VAT is shown on your order or invoice, even though a VAT identification number is registered in our name.
Consumer rules for online selling in the Netherlands are supervised by the Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt, ACM), Postbus 16326, 2500 BH The Hague, the Netherlands. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may bring it before the competent Dutch court.
