Shipping policy
We ship within the Netherlands and to countries in the European Union.
Every piece is a one-off and already finished, so nothing is made to order unless we agree otherwise. Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 3 working days. You receive a confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are indications given by the carrier, counted from the day of dispatch, and are not guaranteed. Busy periods around the holidays can add a few days.
Ceramics are packed by hand in a double-wall box with the needed protection. Parcels are sent with track and trace.
If your parcel arrives damaged, email lorettefleurigand@gmail.com within 7 days with photos of the item and of the outside of the box, and keep all the packaging until the matter is settled. We will arrange a refund or a replacement where possible.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 working days, let us know and we will file a claim with the carrier.
Please check your address before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected in time, we will ask you to pay the cost of sending it again.
All prices are in euros. Under the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, article 25 of the Wet op de omzetbelasting 1968) we do not charge VAT, so no VAT is shown on your order or invoice.
